02 / Why ’74?
Born among friends.
Played around the world.
1974 is when padel became international.
What began as a game among friends soon became a passion shared around the world. Club ’74 takes its name from that moment — and celebrates the same spirit: great padel, great places and great company.
03 / The destination
Madrid.
The game is just the beginning.
Madrid is one of the great homes of modern padel. A city where some of the world’s finest players train, where the sport is part of everyday life, and where the courts are only the start of the experience.

Beyond padel, Madrid has a remarkable way of bringing people together. From exceptional restaurants and long lunches to world-class art, beautiful architecture and evenings that never feel rushed, few cities offer quite the same combination of culture, energy and hospitality.
For our first Invitational, we couldn’t imagine a better setting.

A city that lives padel
One of the world’s leading centres of padel culture, with elite players, outstanding facilities and a strong international community.
Food worth travelling for
A dining culture that moves effortlessly from traditional Spanish restaurants and relaxed tapas to outstanding contemporary cuisine.

More than a weekend away
Art, architecture, shopping, entertainment, terraces and an extraordinary social atmosphere.
The founding circle
From Albany
to Madrid.
Club ’74 was born from the friendships and connections made on the padel courts of Albany, Bahamas.
Our founding Madrid Invitational brings that circle together again — familiar faces, new friends and a shared passion for the game.
04 / Tizona Sport Club · Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid
Our private home
for the weekend.
Surrounded by nature just outside central Madrid, Tizona Sport Club brings together outstanding padel facilities, striking architecture and a beautiful setting.
For the founding Madrid Invitational, the plan is to reserve the club for our community, creating a private sporting experience with dedicated hospitality and access control.

05 / The professional experience
The pros
take over.
The Madrid Invitational is built around professional padel. Internationally competitive players — including players active on the Premier Padel circuit — share the weekend with you on court, alongside world-class coaches.

01
The Pro-Am
You’ll play with them.
Every player shares the court with the professionals — alongside them and against them, whatever their tournament results. Not a meet-and-greet or a photo opportunity: the game itself brings everyone together.

02
World-class coaching
Coached by professionals.
Professional coaches are with you throughout the sporting programme, from the warm-up to the last match. Every match is measured live with our performance software, so their feedback is built on real data — and you leave Madrid with your own results, video highlights and insights.
